The Makro•Grip® 125 Rail 5-Axis Vise has a jaw width of 125 mm and holds workpieces up to 205 mm clamping range. The 5-Axis Vise can be mounted on the clamping bars of the quick clamping system with absolute flexibility and positional accuracy at 4 mm intervals. Thanks to the dovetail guide and the pull-down principle, the connection between the clamping bar and the vise is extremely robust. The quick clamping system defies even the highest cutting forces and thus proves its extraordinary stability and load capacity. The overall height of the vise of 116 mm creates sufficient distance to the machine table or the automation pallet and thus guarantees best accessibility in milling operations.
